Agreement to Terms

Nature of the Service

No Guarantee of Approval
We are NOT affiliated with Google LLC. Passing our analyzer does NOT guarantee getting approved for the Google AdSense program. Final decisions are solely at the discretion of Google.
Educational Purpose
Our reports are educational and diagnostic in nature. They constitute recommendations based on 2026 digital publishing benchmarks and are not legal or financial advice.
Prohibited Conduct
Users of our 2026 analysis suite specifically agree not to:
- Use automated scrapers to harvest our analysis data.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary scoring algorithm.
- Input domains for which you do not have authorized access.
- Use the service to generate fraudulent compliance reports.
- Bypass rate limits or technical security measures.
- Use our generated policies for illegal activities.
IP Rights & Proprietary Content
The visual interface, source code, data visualizations, and the 54-point eligibility algorithm are the exclusive property of AdSense Approval Checker. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for personal or business website diagnostics. Redistribution of our analyzer as a white-label product is strictly prohibited without a separate Enterprise Agreement.
Liability Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS OR RELIANCE ON OUR REPORTS.
Technical Disclaimer: While our crawler simulates Google bot behavior with high accuracy, it is not an exact mirror. AdSense policies change frequently; we update our data weekly to maintain a 98% correlation with actual Google review results.
Governing Law & Updates
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of our registered jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in 2026 digital service regulations. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new framework.
